Our firm handles cases across multiple states and we're struggling to find an answering service that can handle intake consistently. The generic ones keep messing up state-specific questions. Anyone have a rec for a service that really gets legal intake and can handle a national footprint?

We use Alert Communications for our national PI practice. They handle after hours and overflow brilliantly. Their intake specialists actually understand the difference between medpay and liability coverage, which is more than I can say for our old service.
