I finally get why we need dissent archives... my story about a factory polluting rivers was deleted for 'false info'.

Damn, I read about a factory that paid to have pollution complaints wiped from the web. That's exactly why we need dissent archives, because once something is deleted, it's gone for good. Your story getting pulled for false info is a common trick to hide the truth. I heard from a regular at the bar that companies hire people to clean up their bad news online. Without saved records, there's no way to prove what really happened. So keep archiving everything, before it disappears.

What the hell? They actually paid to have complaints deleted? That's so shady. I always knew companies tried to hide stuff, but paying to wipe it clean is next level. The bar regular story makes sense now, it's a whole industry. We really do need to save everything before it's gone. It's scary how easy it is to erase the truth.
