Warning: Letting my kids decide when to walk the dog has created a chaotic morning routine.

Our lab now refuses to go out unless my son is the one holding the leash, and it's throwing off the whole household schedule.

Rotated daily... that seems like way more coordination than my household could ever manage. Did you have to put the schedule on a shared calendar or something?

Just yelled "NOT IT" whenever the dog looked hungry @the_nancy. Surprisingly effective system.
