Sat in an open house for 3 hours last Saturday with zero visitors

I was holding an open house in a decent neighborhood near Austin, had fresh cookies out and everything, but not a single person walked through the door the whole time. Turns out the listing agent never bothered to put the open house signs out front, so what do you do when you prep everything and the other side just drops the ball?

Saw a post about this the other day where agents are saying open houses are basically dead anyway, so maybe you dodged a bullet even if it was annoying as hell.

Blame the agent not the cookies, those poor cookies sat there looking delicious all alone.
