Anyone else feeling the pinch from these new shipping surcharges?
Just got hit with a couple of unexpected fees on my last two shipments from different carriers. It's starting to really eat into the margins on smaller items. How are you all handling it—absorbing the cost, adjusting prices, or finding alternative shippers?

Ugh, tell me about it! Those "peak" and "fuel" surcharges feel like they're just permanent now, don't they? What specific fees are hitting you the hardest—is it the residential delivery upcharge or the whole dimensional weight pricing scam? I'm about to start adding a flat "shipping adjustment" line to my invoices because absorbing it all is just NOT sustainable anymore.

That "shipping adjustment" line is a genius move, in my opinion. I've been eating so many residential delivery fees that my profit margins look like a bad joke. Last week, I shipped a feather-light item in a slightly oversized box, and the dimensional weight charge was more than the product itself. Your mileage may vary, but absorbing these costs feels like donating to the carrier's holiday bonus fund. I'm seriously considering following your lead before my business becomes a charity operation.

Our local UPS driver joked that his truck is basically a mobile surcharge delivery vehicle now (the residential fee alone added $4.80 to my last package).
