My digital art from a canyon visit isn't catching eyes in showcases

I made some digital paintings after seeing the Grand Canyon last month. I put them up in a few online art spots, but they get little notice. How can I show the scale and colors better to draw people in? Maybe I need to tweak my image sizes or tags.
