Debate: Did AI actually speed up my stock photo editing or just make it more annoying?
I used to spend 3 hours manually masking out backgrounds in Photoshop for each batch of product shots I sold online. Then last summer I tried an AI background remover that did the job in 2 minutes, but it kept leaving weird jagged edges on half the images. So which is better for a small seller like me: taking the time to do it right by hand or dealing with the cleanup from the AI shortcuts?

Notice how every shortcut in life ends up giving you some new weird mess to clean up, like how ordering fast food saves time but leaves you sorting through greasy wrappers and feeling blah. That jagged edge nonsense is the digital version of that, you traded three hours of boring work for two minutes of quick work plus twenty minutes fixing sloppy lines. Hard to say which is better, but at least with the manual way you know exactly what you're getting without surprises.
