Just realized my local coffee shop uses AI to track when the rush hits

I stopped into Brew & Bean downtown last Tuesday around 7:45 AM, right when the morning crowd usually piles in. The barista told me they started using this AI system that watches their sales and foot traffic data to predict busy times within 10 minutes of accuracy. It schedules an extra barista automatically before the rush instead of after it starts. I waited less than 2 minutes for my latte. Has anyone else noticed small businesses quietly using AI like this?

My buddy's local bakery started using some tracking system like that and they always have his sourdough ready now.
