My 2021 chatbot notes read like a different species now

Back in March of 2021 I saved a transcript from a support chatbot that kept telling me to restart my router for a billing question, and last month I dug it up while cleaning out my Google Drive. That thing took 14 steps and three human handoffs to handle what a current model does in one sentence, but it also never once pretended to know something it didn't. Anyone else keep old AI fails around just to see how far this stuff has actually come?
