Picked Microsoft Copilot over ChatGPT for our team of 12 and got roasted for it

Last month I had to choose between rolling out Copilot or ChatGPT for our support team at a small marketing agency in Denver. I went with Copilot because it hooks right into our Office 365 stuff like Teams and Outlook, which is basically where we live all day. The first week was rough, honestly. A couple of the senior guys kept saying it missed context on long email threads and one of them called it a 'glorified autocorrect' to my face. But after we set up some custom prompts for common client questions, it started pulling data from our SharePoint docs way better than I expected. Yesterday it saved a junior rep like 40 minutes by drafting a response to a complex licensing question she would have had to research from scratch. I still get jokes about being a Microsoft fanboy though. Has anyone else had to pick between these two for a real work setting and regretted it or been surprised?

Honestly I felt the same way until I saw it handle our internal docs better than expected.

Man, honestly ChatGPT feels way more intuitive for actual conversations though.
