That AI voice cloning demo in Denver last week still creeps me out

Went to this small tech meetup in Denver last Thursday, and a guy showed off a real time voice cloning tool. He had a 30 second clip of someone talking, and it cloned their voice well enough to fool two people on a phone call. The scary part is it took under 2 minutes and ran on a standard laptop, no cloud setup. Three years ago this kind of thing needed serious hardware and big budgets. Now it feels like anyone with basic skills could pull this off. Is anyone else worried about how fast this is getting, or am I just overthinking it?

30 seconds is all it takes now, that's insane. 2 minutes on a regular laptop means scammers are gonna have a field day lol.
