My coworker in Seattle said she air fries tofu for 15 minutes and it's perfect

I always thought tofu needed way longer or would just stick. She said the trick is to press it for 30 minutes first, then cube it and toss it with just a little cornstarch. I tried her method last night and it was way better than my old oven way. What other veggie things work this well in the air fryer?

I tried brussels sprouts cut in half with a tiny bit of maple syrup and oil, and they caramelize in like 12 minutes. It made me realize the air fryer is basically just fixing the soggy veggie problem for good. I mean, @the_jenny is right about broccoli, and it's the same idea. You get that restaurant style crisp without having to babysit a pan or heat up the whole oven. It just makes eating vegetables way less of a chore.

Have you tried broccoli? Toss the florets in a tiny bit of oil and they get crispy and a little charred so fast. It's a total game changer.
