PSA: That cheap spray oil works way better than the expensive avocado oil stuff

My aunt told me at a family cookout last month that she uses plain Pam for her air fryer and her chicken wings come out crispier than mine with the fancy bottle, and now I'm honestly questioning why I spent $12 on that cold-pressed brand.

Auntie knows what's up. That cheap aerosol spray has lecithin in it which makes things crispier than the fancy pure oils. You're paying for marketing hype with the cold-pressed stuff it's all the same fat at the end of the day. My buddy runs a kitchen and he uses the generic store brand for everything even his steaks. Save your twelve bucks and buy a whole extra pack of wings with the difference.

Drop the fancy bottle and grab the cheap stuff, the lecithin is the real secret weapon for getting that golden crunch without drowning everything in oil. I switched to the generic aerosol last month after reading the ingredients and my chicken wings come out way better than they ever did with the cold-pressed stuff from the farmers market. It's basically free money if you think about it, better results and extra cash for more meat on the grill.
