Three years ago in my tiny apartment kitchen, I swore by air frying everything from frozen. Now I'm team 'fresh only' for better texture. Which side are you on?

My freezer is full of Trader Joe's orange chicken for a reason. The convenience is unbeatable after a long day, and honestly, the texture is just fine. I'm not trying to impress anyone, I'm just trying to eat.

Oh man, is that the exact same situation in my house right now? I swear I have like three bags of that stuff stashed away for those nights when cooking just isn't happening... It's totally fine to lean on this stuff when you're tired, you know? The orange chicken is actually pretty solid compared to some other frozen stuff I've tried, the sauce is decent and the breading holds up okay in the air fryer. People act like you have to make everything from scratch to be a real adult but that's just not realistic for most of us. I say stock up and don't overthink it... we're all just trying to get through the week.
