First salmon of the year felt amazing

I've been fishing for salmon every weekend since the season started. Yesterday, I finally reeled in a decent-sized king salmon. It took me about twenty minutes to bring it in. Cleaning it was a mess, but so worth it. Now I have enough for a few meals.
