Got stranded 60 miles from Denali when my battery gave out at midnight

I was heading back to Healy after a late fishing trip and my truck just clicked once when I tried to start it. No lights, no dash, nothing, and my phone had like 8% battery left. I had to flag down a camper van after about 20 minutes and they gave me a jump, but man, I would've been toast if nobody came by. Do you all carry jumper packs in your rigs up here, or am I just the unlucky one who learned the hard way?
