Heads up about the 'End of Evangelion' spoiler policy on the wiki

I keep seeing people post full, unmarked spoilers for the hospital scene in the main discussion threads. The subreddit wiki clearly states spoilers for that specific sequence need to be tagged until the 27th anniversary this July. It matters because new fans are getting major plot points ruined for them before they even finish the series. Has anyone else noticed this rule getting ignored a lot lately?

Is it really that big a deal if someone finds out what happens in a movie that's over 25 years old? The spoiler rule seems like it's trying too hard to protect people from something they could easily look up. If you're on a forum for a show, you should expect to see talk about how it ends. Maybe the rule itself is the problem, not the people breaking it.

Honestly thought the rule was silly until a friend got that scene spoiled for them.
