My grandpa always said the same thing about his old tools... they just worked.

Honestly used to think that was just old people being stubborn. Tbh I bought all the new fancy stuff with the plastic handles. But my dad's old metal wrench from the 70s is the one I always grab now. It just feels right in your hand and never strips a bolt. Ngl it totally changed how I see things. They really did build stuff to last back then.
