Showerthought: The worst part of a service call in a high-rise is the elevator ride with the angry customer.

Had a guy in a Chicago condo building follow me down 14 floors last week, complaining the whole time that his fridge was 'too quiet' after I replaced the evaporator fan. Anyone else get the weirdest complaints after a successful repair?
