Switched from rope and saddle to a bucket truck for pruning jobs

I used to climb every oak and maple with just my harness and a handsaw, even on 80-foot trees like the ones near Lake Oswego. After I nearly dropped a limb on a client's car last June, I rented a 60-foot bucket truck and realized I could do the same work in half the time with way less risk. Has anyone else made the jump from climbing to using a lift for certain jobs and regretted it or found it changed their whole approach?
