The change in my coffee shop's restroom over 3 months was wild
I go to the same place on 5th Street every Tuesday for a meeting. In January the lock on the restroom door was loose, the sink dripped, and the paper towel dispenser was empty half the time. By April, they had a new push-button lock, a quiet faucet, and a sign thanking people for using the hand dryer. I finally asked the barista what changed, and she said a health inspector gave them a 78 score in February, so the owner spent $600 fixing everything overnight. Has anyone else watched a business flip its act after getting dinged once?
