Two different torque wrenches, same bolt, and the cheap one was dead wrong

After 2 hours of fighting a stuck caliper bracket on a 2014 F-150, I switched from my old beam-style to a digital click type and the bolt came off at 85 ft-lbs instead of the 110 the other one showed, so has anyone else had a calibration fail that cost them a whole afternoon?

My Harbor Freight one read 95 on a lug nut that my Snap-on said was 80, so yeah I used to think cheap was fine but now I always double check with the beam style first. That 25 pound difference is wild though, I wouldve stripped something for sure.
