Seeing the light on cross-training with other shop departments
Our manager pushed us to spend a day with the structures team, and I thought it was a waste of time. Then, during a tight panel reinstall, I remembered a trick they showed me for accessing hidden fasteners. It made the job so much smoother and faster. I'm totally asking to shadow the electrical crew next!

Totally agree, that cross-training lightbulb moment is real. I picked up a wiring trick from the avionics guys that saved me a ton of time on a recent diagnostic. It makes you realize how much useful stuff is right next door.
