Everyone says niche down hard, but going broad got me my best client
I bought the niche advice for a year and stayed stuck at $3k MRR, so last quarter I said yes to a weird HVAC scheduling tool and a bakery inventory app in the same month. That HVAC guy referred me to two more trades owners and I'm at $11k MRR now. Anyone else find that saying yes to "off niche" stuff actually taught them what their niche was?
