Hit 50 customers in month 3 but almost quit because of it
Everyone says growing fast is a good problem but I was drowning in support tickets and feature requests with zero time to build. How did you handle scaling support when you hit an unexpected growth spurt?

oh come on, 50 customers in month 3 is barely a blip on the radar, you're acting like you got hit by a truck over a few dozen people paying you. scaling support at that stage is literally just hiring one part time person or leaning harder on automation, not some impossible mountain to climb. if you can't handle a few extra tickets and feature requests maybe running a business isn't for you, because this is literally the easiest part of the whole ride. everyone dreams about having too many customers but then cries when they actually get them, it's kind of ridiculous honestly. you need to stop treating every little hiccup like a crisis and just figure out a basic system, otherwise you'll quit at every growth spurt forever.

Wait, are we really acting like 50 customers is some huge test of your grit? That's like a busy weekend for a food truck, not a business crisis.
