Spent $800 on a cold email automation tool and it got my domain blacklisted in 3 days
Signed up for one of those fancy AI outreach platforms and my deliverability dropped to zero almost overnight. Anyone else have a tool wreck their sender reputation like that?

I mean, are we sure it's the tool and not just your setup? Cold emails getting marked as spam happens pretty quick if your domain isn't warmed up or your list is old. Might be jumping to conclusions a bit.

Tool quality matters but domain reputation is the real bottleneck. If someone is sending from a fresh domain with no email history, even the best tool will struggle. I've seen people run 5000 emails from a .com they registered last week and wonder why they land in spam. List hygiene is another thing - if you're buying lists or scraping emails, you're basically asking for spam complaints. Warm the domain slowly, keep your lists clean, and then judge the tool.
