Shoutout to the Chase branch manager who fixed my wire transfer mess last Thursday

The payment got stuck for 3 days because someone entered the SWIFT code wrong. Has anyone else had a bank actually call them to sort it out?

Three whole days is a long time for a wire to be stuck. I'm surprised they even noticed the problem on their end and called you. My old bank would have just let it sit there until I called them for the tenth time.

Seriously, they called YOU? That's wild. My bank acts like any problem on their side is a state secret. Three days is forever to wait for your own money, too. Makes you wonder what exactly was stuck and why.
