Got my account locked for a comment about a city park project in Cincinnati
I posted a detailed critique of the budget for a local playground rebuild on a neighborhood app, pointing out the $85,000 cost for a single piece of equipment. The next morning, my account was suspended for 'disruptive behavior' with no specific rule cited. Has anyone else had a local group shut down discussion on public spending, and where did you move the conversation?

Locking accounts over budget questions is a terrible way to run a community forum. That kind of spending deserves public debate, not silence. Maybe try a local Facebook group or Nextdoor where moderation can be less heavy-handed.

Yeah, a local group is where we finally got a real answer from the parks guy after weeks of asking... richard581, they posted the full vendor invoice there.

What specific piece of equipment was it that cost that much? I've seen some of those custom playground structures get wild, but 85k still seems like a number that needs a full breakdown.
