Has that happened to you before? I ran into the same thing at my branch with a different news site. I just asked the librarian at the desk about it. She explained it was a filter error and fixed it right from her computer. Sometimes it's just a technical glitch, not a policy. It's always worth asking politely.

Yeah, "filter error" is interesting. What kind of filter was it, like for the whole library network or just that one computer?
