Bought a $27 meme folder from a guy in Lagos and it flipped my whole view on bans
Last month I paid $27 for a zip file of about 400 memes from a guy in Lagos who sells them on Telegram. Half got flagged or pulled down within a week, mostly stuff about elections and cops. I used to think bans were just whiny people mad their joke flopped, but watching these get scrubbed from three apps in six days made me change my mind. He reuploads them under new captions and they vanish again, and he does it from a phone that costs less than my dinner. The thing that got me was a cartoon about a mayor that got nuked in 4 hours flat. Has anyone here actually kept a log of how fast stuff disappears after it trends?
