My offset smoker firebox door hinge snapped mid-cook yesterday
Was doing a 14-hour smoke on a brisket and the top hinge just gave out, dropped the door crooked. I grabbed a pair of C-clamps from the garage and clamped it shut from the sides to hold the seal. Anyone else had a hinge fail on them and jerry-rigged a fix mid-cook?

Zip ties and a wire coat hanger kept mine going for three more hours.
