Got the boot from a gardening forum for posting a picture of my 'invasive' mint

Back in 2015, I was so proud of my mint patch. Posted a photo on GreenThumbs. Got a warning. Kept posting about how well it spread. Permanent ban a week later. The mod's final message was 'You are literally teaching people how to create a yard problem.' Never crossed my mind before that. Anyone else get banned for trying to be helpful?

Actually, I've given up and let it take over the yard. It smells amazing out there now.
