I swore by steel ball bearings for years, ceramic actually won me over

Picked up a used hub with ceramic bearings last spring just to test them, figured I'd be swapping back within a week. After 600 miles of winter gravel in Portland, they're still spinning smoother than any steel set I've had, no regrease drama. Anyone else make the switch and find it was more than hype?
