Binged a whole series in one night and regretted it the next day

I stayed up until 4am watching 'Dark' on Netflix in my tiny apartment, thinking I could handle it. By noon I was nodding off at my desk and missed a meeting with my boss. Has anyone else ever lost sleep for a show and paid the price hard?

...and the worst part was I had to be up at 6am to take my car in for an oil change, so I got maybe two hours of sleep. My head was pounding the whole time I was sitting in that waiting room, drinking bad coffee and trying to keep my eyes open. Never again with the late night binges, I just can't pull those anymore without paying for it hard the next day.

Man, I used to be the person who swore I could handle it. Thought I was immune to the whole "paying for it the next day" thing, you know? But then I did a full season of something at 2am and had a 7am shift. My brain was absolute oatmeal. Changed my whole view on it, for real. This stuff is no joke.
