Can we talk about the grocery bag trick that fixed my Gloomhaven setup time?

I started sorting all the monster standees, tokens, and overlay tiles into labeled plastic grocery bags inside the box instead of using the insert, and setup went from 25 minutes down to about 6, so I'm curious if anyone else has a weird storage hack that beats fancy organizers.

Did you use ziplocs or just the regular thin bags from the store? I did something close with little bead boxes from the craft aisle for all the tokens, and it cut my setup way down too. The fancy insert that came in the box was actually making things worse for me.
