The way we used to pack our rigging gear was costing us hours on site
About six months ago on a job at the Port of Tacoma, our foreman Dave made us lay out every sling, shackle, and come-along before we even started. We spent 45 minutes that first morning just sorting, but by the end of the week we were setting up in under 15. I always thought a messy truck was just part of the job, but having a set spot for each piece of gear cut our setup time in half. How do you guys organize your rigging boxes to save time?
