The day I watched a guy slice onions with a bread knife at a community potluck
I was at a church potluck in Tulsa last fall and this dude used a bread knife to chop onions, taking 12 minutes to do what a chef's knife does in 2, so now I always bring my own knife to shared kitchens.

@finley_bennett28 my buddy brought a butter knife to a BBQ and spent 15 minutes trying to cut a pineapple.
