One grocery receipt from January versus one from June scared me straight

Saw a news clip the other day talking about how grocery prices jumped like 25% in some areas just since last year. That January receipt probably had some normal looking numbers, but June hits different when milk and eggs cost double what they used to. My own receipts started looking crazy too, especially for stuff like chicken and bread. What items on your receipt changed the most between those months?

I looked at my January receipt and eggs were like $3.50, then June hits and they're pushing $6. It's the same with chicken too, I used to grab a pack of thighs for like $5 and now it's easily $8 or $9. Our grocery bill shot up by like $40 a week and I'm buying the same stuff.
