Watched a guy at a Phoenix Costco pay $212 for two carts of stuff, and it changed how I shop
I was behind him in line at the Costco on 44th Street last month and he had two full carts, mostly snacks and frozen stuff. He swiped his card and the total was $212, and I saw him wince. I looked at my own cart, which was maybe $60, and realized I was only there because I had a list. Now I shop with a list every time and I've cut my grocery bill by about $90 a month. Has anyone else tried the list thing at warehouse stores, or do you just walk in and hope for the best?
