Burned $400 on a shipping software upgrade we didn't need
Last spring I paid $400 for a premium shipping platform because our orders kept getting misrouted. The sales pitch made it sound like the fix for everything. Turns out the old system was fine, we just had a part-time clerk entering ZIP codes wrong. After a 20 minute training session the problem vanished. Has anyone else paid for a tool when the real issue was just a person doing things sloppy?

Those 400 bucks bought you a paper trail that saved your butt when the clerk's mistakes started costing real money, right? A good system catches human error before it turns into angry customers and refunds, so maybe that upgrade paid for itself in peace of mind.
