Dropped $800 on a CRM plug-in that did nothing
I paid $800 for a lead tracking add-on for my CRM last month. It promised automated follow-ups and pipeline views but it crashed every time I imported a CSV list. Anyone found a solid plug-in that actually works without blowing up your database?

Oh man, that's brutal. An $800 paperweight is a rough way to learn that some of these sales add-ons are just slapped together and barely tested.

Buddy of mine bought a similar plugin and his database went corrupt in two hours.
