Read a report that said 70% of business process automation projects fail because of people, not tech.
Saw it in a Gartner study my boss forwarded. Makes you wonder if we're focusing on the wrong things when we try to streamline ops, right?

Remember my friend's company that tried to roll out that new scheduling bot? The whole team just ignored it because nobody showed them how it actually helped.

Yeah, showing them how it helps is key... we did a quick demo first.

Honestly, I was totally in the tech-first camp for the longest time. That stat is a real wake-up call, though. It shows you can have the best software in the world and it still flops if the team doesn't get on board. Makes me wonder if we should spend half the project time just on getting people ready for the change.
