Shoutout to that $400 CRM I bought last year that collected dust for 9 months
I dropped $400 on a CRM platform called Pipedrive back in March, thinking it would fix our messy client follow ups. Turned out my two person team actually just needed a shared spreadsheet and a weekly check in call. Does anyone else have a tool they bought for operations that sounded great but ended up wasting both time and money?

Did you end up buying the fancy notebooks and apps before the planner actually arrived too?

Did you actually try the spreadsheet first before buying the CRM, or did you just jump straight into a paid tool hoping it would fix things?
