Imagine losing just one page and everything grinds to a halt. Was it the sheet with all the item codes or the final tally? That single page might have had the master list for the whole pallet. I've watched a line stop cold because someone misprinted a shipping label. The fact that it cost a full day is just mind blowing.

Actually, a team huddle can sometimes make a bigger mess if everyone starts retracing different steps. Hugo's point about a single page stopping the line shows how one wrong fix can waste more time. Better to have one person quietly check the last known good version first.
