Client said my drawer slides were too loud and it sent me down a rabbit hole

So I had this kitchen install last month in Austin, and the homeowner kept saying the soft-close drawers sounded like rocks grinding. At first I thought he was just being picky, you know? But I went back and listened, and yeah, those cheaper undermounts I used were definitely chattering on the sides. Now I'm torn between sticking with Blumotion or trying out those Accuride 3832s on the next job. Has anyone else had a client call out noise that made you switch hardware?

Yeah, noise complaints will make you switch real quick.

Solidarity, man. I had a similar noise issue with some euro slides a few years back and it drove me nuts until I swapped them out.
