Update: My shop saw humidity drops after sealing the floor with epoxy last spring

I used to fight with warped plywood every summer in Atlanta until I coated my 400 sq ft shop floor with a marine-grade epoxy back in April and now my stock stays flat even through the muggy August afternoons, anyone else notice a big difference after sealing their concrete?

I sealed my garage floor last year and saw zero difference in wood warping. In fact, I think it made things worse because moisture got trapped under the epoxy and peeled up in patches. My humidity stayed the same because the concrete still breathes through the walls, not the floor.

Yeah, "moisture got trapped" sums up exactly why sealing concrete is pointless for that.
