Just realized I hit 10,000 feet of cable pulled this month and I'm not even trying to brag
I don't usually keep count but my boss showed me the numbers yesterday. 10,000 feet of coax and cat6 just in November alone. That's like two miles of cable through attics and crawlspaces. I never thought I'd get that high but here we are. Some guys say they cap out at like 6 or 7k a month but I guess I just work faster or my routes are denser. It surprised me because I don't feel like I'm rushing or anything. Maybe I'm just getting better at planning my pulls. Anyone else ever track their monthly footage and realize they're doing way more than they thought?

Hold on, are you sure you're not cutting corners somewhere? Pulling 10k feet without feeling rushed or planning special sounds like you might be skipping the prep work that saves your back later. I'd rather pull 6k cleanly with good cable management than double it and have to re-pull a bunch of kinked runs next month.

Yeah @aaron677, it's like skipping the prep on anything and hoping it holds up later.
