Used to think RG6 was all the same until I lost a Saturday to that cheap stuff

Grabbed a 500ft spool from a discount bin at a supply house in Akron last week. Thought I was being smart saving $40. Spent 6 hours on a three-hour job because the connectors kept failing and signal was garbage. Buddy who works for Comcast told me 'you get what you pay for with copper clad steel.' I always rolled my eyes at guys who only bought branded cable. Not anymore. Anybody else get burned by bargain cable lately?

Yeah definitely had that same "you get what you pay for" moment with cable.

Same thing happens with cheap tools and plywood... you always find out the hard way.
