I was wrong about canister stoves after a soggy weekend

I always trusted old school white gas stoves for all my trips. Last fall, during a downpour, my friend's new canister model worked perfectly when mine wouldn't light. That got me to think again about what reliable means. The built-in igniter and wind protection on the new ones are so much better.
