Changed my mind about trigger warnings after that psych class

Tbh I used to think trigger warnings were overblown until Dr. Morrison in PSY 210 showed us the data from a 2023 study at UVA. Something like 63% of students with PTSD said they skipped class or dropped courses when content blindsided them. Now I just add a quick line before heavy readings and it takes maybe 10 seconds. Anyone else find a simple accommodation that shifted their view on campus speech issues?
